Questions & Answers:

Q: Can I get another painting like one that is already sold?
A: I would be happy to paint another one similar to it (remember my work is all original so no two will ever be exactly the same), or I can take your idea and create something special just for you.

Q: How long do you take to complete and ship your commission paintings?
A: Depending on the subject matter, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks . I will let you know how my schedule looks before accepting the commission, that way you will know exactly how long it is going to take.

Q: When do I pay for my painting?
A: I require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to any work done. The second half will be made to me upon completion before shipment.

Q: What if I get my painting and I am not happy with it - will you refund my money?
A: If you get the painting and you are totally and completely unhappy with it, please get in touch with me and let me know!  Pleasing everyone is a near impossible task and I understand that you might not like the art once you get it.  In that case, please pack it carefully and return it to me.  You will be responsible for the costs of the return - please make sure you insure it!  I can always sell it to someone else as long as it arrives in good condition.

Q: Do I have to get insurance?
A: Yes! If there is a problem enroute it will be financially covered.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: I ship via USPS within the US. Depending on the size of the painting it can range from $6 to $40. I can let you know how much the shipping will be when you decide on a size. The shipping costs include insurance, I will not ship without it!

If a painting is returned because it was undeliverable to the address you have provided, you will be required to pay to re-ship your item again. I will contact you about the situation and if I don't hear back from you within 10 days I will assume you have abandoned the painting and it will become my property to re-list.
